So, what is flow?

Simply, flow is complete fluidity of the mind, body and spirit. It is found when we deeply focus and completely immerse ourselves in whatever we are doing. It is the joy and creativity that comes from the total involvement of life.

Hello! We are Matthew and Julia, two curious and ambitious artists behind The Flow Quest. We share a belief in the impact mindfulness can have on your mental, physical and spiritual health. Our goal is to create a meaningful impact together and share our experiences and discoveries with you along the way. We’ve created this online space so that anyone can access mindfulness and discuss these important concepts with friends, family and partners.

I am an entrepreneur, designer, visual artist and co-founder of The Flow Quest. I am here to guide you in taking your power back, building the life of your dreams and cultivating calm in your everyday life.

I'M JULIA.

I am an actress, multi-disciplinary artist, and co-founder of The Flow Quest. I am on a journey to better understand myself and the world around me. I am here to share the lessons I learn along the way, help you rediscover your joy as I do, and encourage you to feel empowered in your life.
